DuckTales is an animated television series created by The Walt Disney Company. The main characters of the animated series are reworked classic Disney characters: an elderly drake Scrooge McDuck and his duckling nephews Billy, Willy and Dilly. This series was the second of its kind (the first animated series was The Adventures of the Gummi Bears) and subsequently paved the way for such series as Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers and Miracles on the Turns. Later, other series in a similar universe were also filmed - Black Cloak and Quack-Bryak.
