print it as a miniature or scale it all the way up to make it wearable, it's ment for that!

it is pretty mutch an easy print, the bigger the easier in this case.
as said before use your normal printing setting, from there just scale the model to your needs and turn on supports.
i suggest 15% infill for a nice and sturdy cosplay helmet, that doesn't matter if you print it as a miniature.
